Full Trip Program
Your Diving Day
Your adventure begins early in the morning with a convenient hotel pick-up around 05:15 am (depending on your location). An air-conditioned vehicle will take you to the marina, where our professional crew and dive guides will be waiting to welcome you on board.
Once everyone is ready, the boat sets sail for a 3–3.5 hour cruise across the beautiful Red Sea. During the journey, you can relax on deck and enjoy the morning views while a freshly prepared Egyptian breakfast is served.
As we approach the dive site, your instructor will give a detailed dive briefing, covering both the safety procedures and the fascinating story of the SS Thistlegorm.
First Dive: Your first dive takes you inside the wreck, where time has stood still since 1941. Trucks, motorbikes, weapons, and railway wagons lie silently on the seabed, offering a once-in-a-lifetime chance to explore a living museum beneath the waves.
Surface Interval: After surfacing, you’ll have around 60–90 minutes to rest, sunbathe, or simply enjoy the Red Sea views from the deck.
Second Dive: The second dive focuses on the outside of the wreck, where the ship’s structure, coral growth, and diverse marine life create an incredible underwater scene.
Following the dives, a freshly prepared Egyptian lunch will be served on board, giving you time to recharge and share your underwater impressions with fellow divers.
For those who want to extend the experience, you can book an optional third dive (extra charge) at Shark & Yolanda Reef, one of the most famous dive sites in the world.
Finally, the boat begins its return journey to the marina. Upon arrival, your driver will be waiting to take you back to your hotel in comfort, ending a day filled with history, adventure, and unforgettable diving.
We recommend booking the trip at least 3 to 4 days in advance.
We recommend doing a shore dive before going on the boat.
The trip price does not include the shore dive.
Divers must hold an Advanced or Deep Diver certification from PADI or any other internationally recognized organization.
